Polaroid TV Customer Service

I purchased a Polaroid TV from Wal Mart in March 2007. We called customer service in February 2008 because there is a red line that goes across the screen. The TV is still under warranty at this point. We were sent a part and a technician came out to fix the TV about 8 weeks later. The technician said the TV could not be repaired and we needed a new TV. Polaroid sent us a refurbished TV that does not work. Now they are sending another part to fix the refurbished TV. It is now July and I still have a red line through my TV and a refurbished broken TV sitting in my basement. I do not recommend purchasing a Polaroid TV. Their customer service ***.......
